Flowering Teas
These artisan creations are made with excuisite chinese green or white teas. The leaves are usually picked in spring and will have to be humidified once more before processing. The steeping of those blooming teas is a beautiful display revealing different flowers encircled by tea leaves. A glass tea pot is the best way to brew these teas.
