Rooibos
Grown in South Africa, Rooibos and Honeybush are free of caffeine and tannic acid. For this reason the preparation is very easy. Too much tea or longer steeping times do not adversly affect the taste of the beverage, and it remains perfectly enjoyable. Rooibos tea is high in antioxidants, vitamins and trace minerals. A great beverage for kids as well as pregnant women!
