Rooibos
Grown in South Africa, Rooibos and Honeybush are free of caffeine and tannic acid. For this reason the preparation is very easy. Too much tea or longer steeping times do not adversly affect the taste of the beverage, and it remains perfectly enjoyable. Rooibos tea has wonderful health benefits. It is high in antioxidants, vitamins and trace minerals, has a relaxing effect to the heart and the nervous system, thus is a perfect bed time tea. A great beverage for kids as well as pregnant women!
