You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings. None of this information will ever be given out or sold in any way, shape, or form. Sereni-tea will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

Merchandise will be accepted for return within 30 days of receipt by you. It must be unused, in new condition and in its original packaging. You must contact us by phone or e-mail for authorization and instructions before returning any item.
If you simply are not satisfied with your purchase, you will receive a full refund on the merchandise, but not on shipping costs. The merchandise must be returned at your expense.
Refunds will be credited to the same credit card originally used for the purchase only.
Exceptions to the Return and Exchange Policies:
All tea and food sales are considered final! These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sales on consignment items sold at the store are always final. - Ordering
- Ordering is easy on our web site! The first time you visit you set up an account with all your vital information. This makes it easier for you when you return for your next shopping trip – check out will be a snap. We had several complaints about check out problems using Internet explorer as the web browser. Unfortunately there is no patch available through Microsoft and we recommend that you use either Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Safari for easy and hassle free check out from our web site. Orders over $40 get free shipping and orders over $50 get a free Sereni-tea canvas shopping bag with your products!

- We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discovery card for payment on your orders. We do not collect or store your credit card information. Sorry no COD orders! Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be miss-priced. If we discover a miss-pricing, we will do one of the following: If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If you shop with a gift certificate, add the gift certificate number in the Discount Code field at check out.
- Viewing Orders
- Your order can be viewed at any time during your shopping experience or after check out, by log in into your account. Re-orders will also be possible due to the fact that there will be an account log of your previous orders.
- Updating Account Information
- If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Sereni-tea.net sells products to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use Sereni-tea.net only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Sereni-tea.net reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
To make it easy for people to purchase and enjoy our tea, we are trying to offer our shipping reasonable rates! Orders over $40 will receive Free Domestic Priority USPS Shipping. Free shipping on international orders is not available; sorry. Our website calculates the shipping rate based on your zip code and the estimated weight of your order. We charge as close to the exact rate as possible. You can view the shipping cost for your order during check out. We offer a choice of either the US Postal Service or FedEx to ship your orders. Orders shipping to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, US territories and Canada ship via US Priority Mail. Certain light-weight products may ship via USPS First Class mail. On certain occasions, we may ship via a different method than requested. This may happen if, for example, your order requires additional shipping insurance (such as for breakable items or large volume orders), or to speed up delivery times for your benefit. Please e-mail us if you have specific shipping needs and we will quote your shipping rate specifically. Although most orders arrive within 2-5 business days, we ask that you allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to account for any product and shipping delays. We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays).
